The Sweetest Time of the year is here again!
Valentine’s Day will be celebrated at the Goodrich Memorial Library,
Newport on Friday evening, February 12 at 7Pm.
The Friends and Drifters music group will serenade our audience with
an eclectic mix of songs and friendly patter. They truly are a group
of local friends, led by Janet Lussier, who get together weekly to
share their talents in song.The library will take on the atmosphere of a cozy café for the evening
with small, intimate tables dressed for the occasion. A variety of
homemade goodies will be offered for your refreshment. Admission is by
donation. All proceeds are for the benefit of the library.
So bring your best gal or guy to the Goodrich on Friday, February 12
and enjoy an evening of music and dancing, fun and food, to help us
