The Friends of the Richmond Free Library gigantic annual book sale will be held on Friday, February 12 (5:30-8:30) and Saturday, February 13 (9-3) - at the Library, 201 Bridge Street. We have great deals on thousands of high quality books for ALL ages at bargain prices, plus DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks. The community room will hold adult materials and the mezzanine will be filled with board books, picture books, intermediate chapter books, young adult novels, graphic novels and more. We're particularly proud of our offerings this year with the majority of items in like new condition. Don't rush your visit, linger and enjoy live music from our local talent who'll be serenading shoppers during the sale and nibble on a brownie or cookie or cupcake while you browse. $5 Bag Sale, 2-3 pm.

Don't leave without trying your chance for one of the amazing raffle prizes (donated generously by our local businesses). Tickets are $1 for 1, and $5 for 6 tickets, prizes are: (Grand Prize) 2 Kindle Fire readers, gift cards from Hatchet Tap & Table $25, Papa McKee's $25, Richmond Market $50, Richmond Home Supply $25, Toscano Cafe - $25, Richmond Market - $50, Richmond Home Supply $25, Mobil Station - $25, Stargazer $20, in addition to cash gift cards, the following prizes will be awarded: Mann & Machine - oil change, Ski Express - ski goggles, Bolton Valley 2 day passes, Cochran's 1 day family pass, Mad River Glen 2 day ski passes, Sleepy Hollow - 2 day passes, Bridge Street Hair - Matrix products and Rhino Foods - 1 case of Chessters, and jars of Vermont Peanut Butter.
