We meet in the McClure Lobby Conference Room at UVM Medical Center and parking is available, free of charge courtesy of the Medical Center, in the McClure Garage.

7.05: Speak Out: Announcements only
7.10: City Councillors Bushor, Colburn and Roof will help us understand forthcoming proposals for changes to the development process (Including reduction of opportunities for public input) and offer a resume of last month's "Form Based Code" discussion at Contois.
7.30: North Avenue Corridor Pilot:
Rich Nadworny will speak in favor of the Pilot Program to "test restriping and intersection changes along North Avenue between North Street and Plattsburgh Avenue".
We are seeking an opponent to the Pilot to speak.
7.50: Mayor Miro Weinberger joins us to introduce "ballot items" on the Town Meeting Day ballot. He will also entertain our questions - an opportunity for all to discuss City Hall plans for Wards 1 & 8, sidewalk investment, infill housing, UVM agreement and student housing, parking, "Codes", you name it, we hope you'll ask about it . . . . . . .
8.40: Jennifer Green, CEDO Sustainability Coordinator, with information on BTV's sustainability work in general, progress on greenhouse gas emissions in particular.

NB: Plans to discuss the BTV Walk/Ride Plan have been postponed by DPW until the spring.
