Williamstown Memorial Day Parade & BBQ May 21

Past event
May 21, 2016, 12 to 9 PM

We are busy planning for the Memorial Day festivities, which this year will be the Saturday before the holiday weekend, May 21, 2016. Parade is slated for noon with the BBQ to follow and fireworks after dark. How can you get involved? Easy!
Are you a veteran or active service member who would like to walk or ride in the parade? Are you a band or musician who would like to play/sing while riding on a float? Do you have a race car, tractor, go-kart, antique car, antique tractor, or other such wheeled device you want to drive in the parade? Are you a Girl Scout, Boy Scout, member of a student group/PTA, a youth athlete, mascot or member of any other group that would like to walk in the parade? Are you a business owner or member of a civic organization who would like to build a float for the parade? Are you a town official who would like to walk in the parade? Are you a neighboring fire, police or ambulance department who would like to put any of your equipment and staff in the parade? Please contact Fire Chief William Graham at wgrahamk5@gmail.com with any questions and/or to get more information on joining our growing parade and family-friendly day of remembrance of the efforts and sacrifices of our service members. Thank you!
