It is hard to believe, but the baseball/ softball season is just around the corner. Our next Wolcott athletic association meeting is in the library of the Wolcott elementary school Monday 2/8/16 at 6:00. Below is the agenda, hope to see you there.

Fundraising (thank you notes from last season, donations for this season, drawing at end of season)
Age breakdown for different teams
Handing out packets at the beginning of the season and turned in when players are signed up (sign ups, background checks, picture permission slips, fundraiser tickets, concussion forms etc)
Coaches for upcoming season
Need for other volunteers
Sign ups during next meeting, and schedule other times during the month of March
