The Queen City Soil and Stone sponsored wall-building workshops for homeowners and tradespeople continue in February with classes this Saturday, February 6th, and on Saturday, February 20th. The one-day, hands-on workshop focuses on the basic techniques for creating dry-laid walls with a special emphasis on stone native to Vermont. Workshops are held inside warm greenhouses in Hinesburg. The one-day workshop is $100. Additional dates in March, too.
