Imagine an evening where history, art, and culture are intertwined with dance. The Varnum Memorial Library in Jeffersonville welcomes Tango dancers Culest Bynum and John Coppens for an Argentine Tango demonstration.
John and Culest will explain a little about Argentine Tango then perform 5 Tango dances: slow tango, fast tango, vals (waltz), milonga, and neuvo. They will answer questions, give locations where you can find local dance lessons and see if anyone wants to give Tango a try.
