The Healing Touch sessions went well in Jan and I’m glad to offer more introductions on Thursday Feb 11 at the Old High School. Each 40 minute session begins with tuning in to what you’d like to focus on for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Then, lying on a massage table fully dressed and face up with a blanket to keep warm, I use light touch to address your energy system. This balances and supports your natural ability to heal and is beneficial for pain relief, stress management, mental clarity, life transitions, injury recovery, personal growth and many other health concerns. Healing Touch offers a chance to breathe, deeply relax and nurture what’s important to you. People often feel clear and connected after a session. I am a Massage Therapist with trainings in Healing Touch, Reiki, Polarity, Energy Medicine, Jin Shin Do, Quantum Touch and The Pathwork. The suggested fee for Thursday Feb 11 is $10-$20 for 40 minutes.
HT sessions are usually $45-$60 per hour.
