There will be Special Meeting of the Flood Advisory Committee at 6 p.m., February 4th (Thursday) and until further notice, it will be in the public meeting room behind the Town Clerk's office. Our agenda is a follows:

1. Address Charlie Cogbill's continued concerns that the Committee is operating beyond its authority, and determine together how to resolve this problem so we can operate smoothly in the future.
2. Review certain aspects of the Milone & MacBroom report, and lay the groundwork for a public discussion of their work and its implications.

We will try to resolove the questions raised in this agenda within an hour, with a hopeful adjournment at 7 p.m.
