Meditation in Movement: Forest Breathing
(and other nature journeys and somatic techniques)

Open to all people, this is a restorative and enlivening movement class. Noyes Rhythm, a 100-year-old practice started by Florence Fleming Noyes, combines flowing techniques for awareness and strengthening, as well as joyful creative movement. All imbued with rich nature imagery. And accompanied by beautiful live piano music.
