Carve out a bit of time this Saturday afternoon to stop in to The Canfield Gallery at the Martha Canfield Library in Arlington (East Arlington Road between Fisher Elementary and the High School) to enjoy the landscape paintings of Williamstown artist Robert Lafond. His exhibition of oils of the places that have shaped his life may resonate with associations you have from the landscapes of New England. The artist's reception, with light refreshments, will open the exhibition from 3-5 on Saturday, and the show will be up through March 1. Everyone is welcome!
