*** The Dam Controversy - Should some Vermont dams be removed? ***

Many people think at least 200 dams in Vermont and thousands across the country are “DEADBEAT”. They feel these dams have outlived their usefulness and our waterways would be better served if they are torn down. Come learn about this controversial environmental issue.

A discussion led by staff from The Nature Conservancy will be preceded by a critically acclaimed movie – DamNation. (More information go to: damnationfilm.com)

TIME: Doors will open at 6:30 and the film will begin at 7pm.
