The Ordinance Committee will be holding a hearing on February 2, 2016, at 5:15 p.m. in Room 12, City Hall, to consider a change in our zoning code that would allow for grocery stores under 30,000 square feet in size to be allowed as a Conditional Use in that portion of the Enterprise-Light Manufacturing Zoning District between Flynn and Home avenues.
I have been following and capturing the comments posted on Front Porch Forums on this issue and will have them entered into the record.
