“Ask A Gardener” is the topic for Friday’s free Tunbridge Library Winter Evenings program at 7 p.m. Tunbridge residents Eileen Ahern and Wendy Palthey will give presentations and answer audience questions.

Ahern is an owner of Dandelion Acres in Bethel. She heads the growing and production end of the business and the landscaping department. She has a degree in forestry and has been landscaping in the area since 1987.

Palthey who, with her husband Jean, operates Tunbridge Hill Farm, has been growing at the farm for 25 years. Their produce is available through markets, CSA shares and donations of surplus to area food shelves.
