Reconnect With Your Library during Winter Festival on Saturday, February 6

The Goodrich Memorial Library is back! Our beautiful Newport library is better than ever; sparkling clean from top to bottom, with new displays, as well as all of our regular services.

Restoration Unlimited and the staff of the Goodrich have done a fantastic job restoring the library to its former glory. After a month-long cleaning and refurbishing, all traces of the smoke damage are gone. We thank everyone who has pitched in to help overcome this situation. But we still need your help.

Our insurance will cover most of the cost of restoration, but we are left with a $5000.00 deductible payment. So, once again we are turning to all of you who appreciate the Goodrich and all it stands for. Saturday, February 6 from 10Am to 5PM will be a fund raising day. All events are free and open to the public with the hope that donations will be generous.
