3. Will & Colleen MacKinnon: Sketch Plan review of a 2-lot subdivision of their 11-acre property located at 99 Black Dog Lane in the Agricultural Zoning District. Lot 1 would be 6 acres and include the existing house. Lot 2 would be 5 acres and include a proposed house site.
4. Hinesburg Center, LLC/David Lyman Phase II: Preliminary Plat Review (continued from 10/6/15) for the 46 acres of undeveloped property commonly referred to as Hinesburg Center Phase II, which is located west of Kinney Drugs and north of Farmall Drive in the Village and Agricultural Zoning Districts The preliminary plat application includes 25+ lots, 69 dwelling units, 13,400 sq. ft. of commercial space and open/green space.
5. R.B. & R.H. Goodrich: Sketch Plan Review (continued from 1/5/16) for a 9-lot subdivision of their 63.1-acre property, which is located west of North Road and north of Observatory Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Lots 1 through 8 would be 3.0 acres each for single-family dwellings. Lot 9 would be approximately 39 acres.
