Learn to Brew Kombucha!

Next Wednesday, February 3rd, 6pm-7:30pm, Chelsea Ambrose will teach us how to brew kombucha! Kombucha is a slightly fizzy, probiotic, fermented tea drink. Many claim a variety of healthy benefits from drinking kombucha, including: improved gut and digestive health, improved immune system, and increased energy. Class participants learn how to brew kombucha and will be provided with a SCOBY (mixed cultures of bacteria and yeast) and other necessary materials.
