Whole Foods Healing You Cooking Classes Start This Weekend

From Nourish Your Purpose, I'm launching Whole Foods Healing You, a new series of monthly, whole-food plant-based cooking classes this week. Each month I'll focus on a different aspect of delicious & nutritious food as medicine.

This Sunday the topic is Snazzy Snacks & Apps; have fun learning about and tasting a range of noshy, nibbly, great-for-sports-watching and perfect-for-light-meal creations. It's often when we want just a little something, are in need of a grab & go meal, or are providing snacks for a group that we make less than optimal choices (and face the consequences afterward). In this class you'll learn how easy it is to satisfy that hankering, or a crowd, with dishes that are both great tasting and nourishing.
