Posting Subject: Pan-Celtic Music & Dance Concert, Sat., Jan.30 in Jericho

For an evening of live Celtic music without a long drive into town, slip away to the “mystical isles” right at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Route 15 in Jericho. Enjoy traditional tunes rooted in Irish, Scottish, Quebecois and Appalachian music. This year Joanne & Terry Ranney, aka The Green Mt. Celts, will be joined by Iain MacHarg, Mike MacNintch, John Guay, Nancy Bakemeier, Vonnie Estes and the Heather Morris Dancers. Bagpipes, celtic whistles, drums, fiddle, piano and hammered dulcimer make up the variety of sounds in a lively and entertaining concert for all ages.

Time: 7:00 pm followed by a reception

Tickets at the door: $12 for individuals, $10 for students 13 - 18, and children 12 and under may attend free

Location: Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Route 15 near the junction with Brown's Trace (across from Clark's Truck Center)

Parking: Free, on premises. Handicap accessible.
