I haven't seen anything about this posted on FPF yet, so I am going to jump in and let folks know that the Montpelier Planning Commission is finishing up their revisions to the city's zoning regulations. There is a public hearing on these new rules today, Monday, January 25 at 5:30 pm in City Hall and then an "open house" on Wednesday, January 27, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. These changes could have a major impact on the built environment within the city in the future so it is important to take a look to see what is being proposed. The open house is a time for you to find out from the Planning Commission how their proposed changes will affect your neighborhood and the city as a whole.
