Notes: BPD North end community police officer will address recent concerns about people sleeping out in the cold in Leddy Park. City Council will have decided whether to put the 4 Lane petition question (modified?) on the ballot and councilors will be there to discuss it with us. City audit, and management letter, have been released. The lead catastrophe in has Flint raised questions about lead levels in Burlington children. The Burlington Walk/Bike Plan presented at St. Mark's Youth Center (relocate from Heineberg Center) last week appears to have excluded the North and South End districts. (What's with that? Aren't we Burlington? Nicole Loesh has asked for time on our agenda, but priority for February is ballot questions, so we'll have to wait til March to get an answer to that question.)
