Staniford, Western Avenue, York Drive and Oakland Terrace Residents - the BPD will be at this meeting to discuss "neighborhood safety". Well folks I believe that we need to all be there to represent our streets and our situations. I don't know about you but I am tired of worrying if my family or home will be safe whether I am in it or not. I am tired of the people traipsing through yards because of the "I can and no one can stop me attitude". I am tired of my property not being my own. I love my neighborhood and the community I live in and I want to feel safe in it. Time to speak up folks - the opportunity is here. If you leave it up to someone else to speak for you - the representation may not be as you desire. These folks are coming and they need to truly understand how we value our neighborhoods.
