Hello - If you're looking to develop your public speaking skills I encourage you to attend our Champ Masters meeting this Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:00 at 175 Lakeside (Champlain College Miller Building). Champ Masters is one of 14,650 clubs in 126 countries worldwide. It is a local Toastmasters club that can help individuals improve public speaking skills, overcome nervousness and be prepared to speak in "off the cuff" situations. Public speaking is a skill that one can begin to master with the lessons learned from Toastmasters and by putting those techniques into practice. Toastmasters International is a world leader in communication and leadership development. Those interested can visit a meeting to see what it's all about with no commitment to join. We meet the first Wednesday of every month from 8:30-9:30 am at 175 Lakeside and also the third Wednesday of every month from 5:30-7:00 pm at the same location.
