Internationals to Gather in Canaan in February
CANAAN
As the domestic primary comes down to the finish line a gathering of at least 10 international cooks will gather in Canaan to put out an International "Diplomatic" Dinner. The event will be held at the always neutral, independent and non denominational historic Grace Community Church Hall.
To date, cooks from France, Ireland, England, Korea, Scotland, Austria, Italy, Poland, northern New England, southern USA, and Quebec will be jostling for hot oven space in the demilitarized zone, also known as the kitchen. They will be preparing and serving their national favorites to fill the international buffet for all to enjoy.
Anyone that enjoys varieties of great foods and international desserts are invited to the Sat. Feb. 6th dinner that will have two seatings, 4:35 and 6:05 pm. Reservations are not necessary and there will be no tax charged nor tips collected. ADA parking is available. Those with Diplomatic license plates may park at the town offices parking lot.
