The Safety Team Presents: Women's Self-Defense Trainings - Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3
The Safety Team's Women's Self-Defense Program teaches simple, powerful, and effective personal protection strategies that are easy to understand and remember. Participants learn how to recognize predatory behavior before it becomes a threat, diffuse it verbally, if possible, and to apply effective physical self-defense techniques, if necessary. Taught for women by women. All fitness levels welcome! No prior experience required!
Levels 1, Level 2 and Level 3 are recommended for more in-depth instruction and practice, but you may enroll in Level 1 only. Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2; Level 2 is a prerequisite for Level 3. Please see http://thesafetyteam.org/workshop-registration/ to register and to learn more about these trainings. The Safety Team, Inc. is a nonprofit organization. All proceeds support our programs for women.
