Smugglers’ Notch Resort is Partnering with ATLAS Snowshoes & Vermont Senior Games to Present The 15th ANNUAL NORTHERN VERMONT SNOWSHOE RACES AND FAMILY SNOWSHOE FESTIVAL!

Sunday, February 7, 2016 - Registration begins at 9:00 am Smugglers’ Notch Nordic Center—or pre-register online at https://www.raceplanner.com/register/index/2016NVTSSF
10:30 am - 1/2 K (.3 mile) Kids fun Run/Walk. $8 if received by February 5, $10 thereafter.
11:00 am - 4K (2.48 miles) Fun Run/Walk on friendly Terrain with spectacular views. $18 if received by February 5, $22 thereafter –*4K – Senior Race $18 flat fee - Gold medal winner in the Senior category will be the Vermont State Champion. Competition open to anyone at least 50 years old by 12/31/15
11:00 am - 8K (4.97 miles) challenging loop course. $25 if received by February 5, $30 thereafter.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own snowshoes. A limited number of snowshoes will be available, on a first come-first served basis, courtesy of Smugglers’ Notch Resort and ATLAS Snowshoes. Tasty refreshments for all snowshoers. Post race Raffle will include a pair of ATLAS Snowshoes. A major portion of the proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House of Burlington & Cambridge Food Shelf.
