The Windsor Farmers’ Market will continue its winter market series on Saturday January 16th at the Windsor Welcome Center. Stop by between 11am-2pm and pick up the beginnings of an amazing (locally produced) dinner! Dress up your USDA inspected lamb chops with a few dried herbs, toast up a few rustic dinner rolls and toss in a kale salad and enjoy a fabulous feast!
To round out your grocery list for the week our vendors will have the following items available:
Backwoods Grove: Deal of the week! Buy a citrus cleaner, scrubby, and dishcloth set for only $10! 2016 calendars are going fast; pick one up before they are all gone. Catnip, drink cozies and more.
Brookhaven: Spicy pickles, dilly beans, ground rosemary, dried sage. Journals and notepads made from recycled material and pillows.
Contented Butterfly Farm: Limited quantity of eggs, USDA inspected lamb meat (we now have more ground and stew meat!), leeks (CC), kale (CC) - last chance for a while! Canned goods including tomatillo salsa, cucumber relish, and strawberry/rhubarb topping sauce, plus handspun yarn and knit hats.
J & B's Split Rock Farm: Naturally grown (with no hormones added) grass fed and grass finished beef, and jams, pickles, and relish.
Max & Ozzie’s Handmade Crafts: 100% cotton napkins and kitchen towels, crazy crayons, reusable snack bags (machine washable), button hair ties, freshly baked Focaccia bread (Italian Herb/Parmesan and Rosemary/Olive Oil) and Rustic Peasant Rolls.

The Tragic Whale: Make up bags, pencil bags, mini pouches, coasters.

The Windsor Winter Farmers’ Market runs the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month through May from 11am-2pm at the Windsor Welcome Center (3 Railroad Ave).
