Author Barry Estabrook will be joining The Green Mountain Girls Farm (923 Loop Rd, Northfield) for a discussion of his book, Pig Tales: An Omnivore’s Quest for Sustainable Meat, and how pigs are raised in the US, both sustainably and not.
