Migrant Justice, a VT group organizing for human rights & food justice, exists to build the voice, capacity & power of the farmworker community & engage partners to organize for economic justice and human rights. Staff and farmworkers leading their Milk with Dignity Campaign will be with us at Green Mountain Girls Farm, 923 Loop Road, Northfield. The presentation and conversation is open to the public and is part of a week-long residential “Winter Study” class of Williams College which is looking at Vermont’s food system from the ground up, this year with a focus on work and the labor environment as well as sustainability and farm viability.
