Please join us on Saturday February 6th at 2 pm for an informal yet focused Hard Cider Appreciation event. The gathering will take place at Winterwood Timberframes new shop on rt 2 next to Plainfield Hardware. (3771 US Rt2, 05651)
Bring a chair, samples of your own and a tasting container. Brief presentations followed by question and answer will help forward hard cider knowledge for everyone participating.
VT Hard Cider producer Shacksbury Cider will be offering tastings. Other industry folks will be Local Potion Home Brew Supply, local apple author, agriculture specialists, apple producers and fellow home cider amateur/aficionados.
