You will enjoy a light meal inspired by the pantry (charcuterie, cheeses, jams, and a hearty salad), go home with 2 jars of marmalade, get a hands on demonstration of making Pear Lime Vanilla Marmalade, learn where to find specialty citrus, discuss how to use preserves in your everyday cooking, and have a guided tasting of a wide variety of honey sweetened marmalade.
