Chicken parting: Grow Your Own will host a gathering in Hardwick on Saturday, February 6, where each participant will cut up a whole chicken in order to make many meals out of it. Participants will take home the parts and everyone will share a meal. Gatherings are free and open to the public, and children are welcome. But RSVP is mandatory as space is limited. Grow Your Own is a project of the Center for an Agricultural Economy, NEK Kids on the Move and HAFP.
