Free Herb Club and More

Hi Friends,

Join me for a free herb club meeting on Saturday January 9th from 1-3pm at the lovely Peacham Library. We will enjoy tulsi tea, otherwise known as Holy Basil. This relative of the common basil is renowned for its restorative and relaxing properties and is one of the tastiest teas around. If you are planning on attending, please let me know. However, all are welcome whether or not you have RSVP'd.

Herb club is open to everyone regardless of age or experience with herbs.

Also, you can now find monthly herbal articles in the Northstar Monthly. My column, Herbs for Everyday Health, features an article called "The Season of Soup" on page 23 of this month's issue.

Cheers and Happy New Year!
