The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will be meeting this Thursday, January 7th @ 6:00 p.m. at the Police Dept. Conference Room 145 Maple Street.

Brian Marcotte, d/b/a Pinewood Development, LLC, has requested the ZBA to approve a variance which would allow the remaining 30 undeveloped lots, located on Stonebrook Circle and Evergreen Drive, to be developed with a 25' front yard setback. (The existing front-yard setback requirement is 40'.) Stonebrook Circle is partially constructed, and Evergreen Drive is not yet constructed. These lots are part of Section H, which was approved for a total of 39 lots. To date, 9 lots have been developed. The property is located in the Medium Density Residential (R2) Zone. Tax Map 84, Parcels 1-27.
