Community Input Needed ON Proposed Zoning Regulations Changes
The Marlboro Planning Commission is hosting the first of three informational meetings on the proposed changes to the Town’s Zoning Regulations on January 12, 2016, at 6-7 pm at the Marlboro Elementary School. The first meeting is focused on Article III, Establishment Of Zoning Districts and Zoning Maps. The second meeting will be on January 26, 2016 and is focused on Article V, Planned Unit Development and Article VI, Telecommunications Facilities. The third meeting will be held on February 9, 2016 discussing Article I, General Provisions, Article II, Administration and Enforcement, Article IV, General Regulations, and Article VII, Definitions.
All meetings will be at Marlboro Elementary School from 6-7 pm You may review the draft changes on the Town website (http://marlborovt.us/) or read a copy at the Town offices. There will be a preamble explaining what the proposed changes are. Please come with your questions and suggestions to our meeting.
