The Selectboard of the Town of Cabot, under 24 V.S.A. § 1061(a)(1), hereby declares its intent to convey a 25-year easement on a certain parcel of open land owned by the Town of Cabot and located at 150 Sawmill Road, Cabot, Vermont to Solar Communities, Inc. of Waterbury, Vermont in exchange for valuable consideration. Further details of the conveyance are available for inspection at the Town of Cabot Town Clerk’s Office.
