If you are looking for a lovely way to relax and enjoy some beautiful seasonal music-please join us for the Solaris Concert this Saturday or Sunday. This Saturday the music comes to Waterbury at the White Meeting House! If you have never been to a concert in the Waterbury Congregational Church, this would be a perfect time to see the Christmas decorations and enjoy the first class acoustics.
The Solaris Vocal Ensemble, a 22 member chamber choir from Burlington (with members from Duxbury and Waterbury), will perform their Christmas concert, Sing Noel! this Saturday (Dec. 19) at the Waterbury Congregational Church at 7:30pm and on Sunday (Dec 20) at the College Street Congregational Church in Burlington at 3pm. The performance will feature works by Morten Lauridsen, John Rutter, and Vermont's own, Robert DeCormier, and many others. The concert will also feature acclaimed harpist Rebecca Kauffman. This will be a wonderful concert to start the Christmas week. Tickets available through the Flynn box office (Flynntix.org) or at the door.
