DASH TO SWEET MELISSA'S JANUARY 2ND FOR A SPONTANEOUS MUSICAL ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!

Prepare to shred frayed nerves and dowse fallen hopes at the Post-Holiday Bamboozlement with The Odd Wednesdays on Saturday, January 2nd at Sweet Melissa's in Montpelier.

Hailing from the hills of Plainfield, The Odd Wednesdays will sleigh their progressive, new wave rock-n-roll sound with aggressive combustion starting at 9:00 pm.

A $5 cover will treat patrons to the uptempo fermentation of The Odd Wednesday’s originals like Shape Shifter, Walk a Mile, It’s a Crime, and Ways of the Crazy Days. Songs segway seamlessly between originals and covers including Talking Heads, Pink Floyd, The Flaming Lips, Led Zeppelin, and The Clash.

Josh Pitts on guitar, Mike Peabody on bass, and drummer Mitch Pauley all from Plainfield rock with keyboardist Uku Meri from Montpelier. The band has been percolating their prog-rock sound on "odd Wednesdays" for the past two years, and are now stepping out into the live music scene.
