Interested Folk and Founding Members of the Underhill Country Store Cooperative,

We will meet next on 12/15, at 6:30PM at the Underhill Town Hall.

Agenda items include:
1. Raise, formation and logistics update - this will be fun
2. Structure and funding plans - startup operation and future capital needs
3. Bylaws and BoD nominations

Also, we reached another milestone today. Peter and Nancy were provided a LOI for the asset purchase of the 'Underhill Country Store' all because of the awesome interest in forming this cooperative.
