Peace for People! Peace Vigil Dec. 11

Everyone is invited to join our Peace Vigil on Friday evenings 5:00-6:00 pm at the corner on the Green. (when the weather is harsh, we sometimes end at 5:30.)
Of course you can join in any Friday you're able to, for any length of time, young and old alike!!
We started the vigil in February 2003, just before the U.S. war on Iraq, hoping it wouldn't happen. We continue, because the wars and violence are escalating.
Just maybe, sending out peaceful energy as a group, despite some differences we may have, will have some positive effect somewhere!
Come share your ideas on how we can work together for peace in ourselves and in the world.
