On Thursday, December 10th, from 6 to 7pm. Deborah Felmeth will give a book talk at the Bixby in our Community Room. She has written and photographed "Syria: Remember Me," a book which bears witness to the lives of the Syrian people and which gives the reader a glimpse at a side of Syria which has not made it into the mass media. Join us for this "Storytelling for Syria" event for anecdotes of Deborah's travels between Vermont and Syria and of the "birth" of her book. Copies of her book will be available for purchase and for signing. The library will also have two copies of the book to check out. Event is free and open to all.
