*Ward 4 and 7 NPAs meet jointly to discuss proposed development and other city issues with our elected and appointed officials. City departments bring issues to the NPA to gather ideas and opinions from residents. There is a public forum at every assembly meeting. All residents are welcome, all are invited to speak, and when decisions are made all residents can vote. Official NPA positions are expressed in resolutions.
