The Waterbury Rotary Club is bringing a different kind of entertainment to Rusty Parker Park on Sunday the 13th. The jolly fellow in red and a bunch of elves will be there from 3-5 to visit with kids, hear their Christmas wishes, and give them a surprise gift. There will be treats, music, and lots of holiday spirit. Also you can go for a ride in a festive wagon pulled by two magnificent work horses. At 5pm we'll light the Christmas Tree. Free.
