Bijou Fine Chocolate will host a free chocolate tasting and Open House this Saturday the 5th. Guest chef Patrick Duroeulx will offer samples from a line of fine chocolates from Colombia, South America and will talk about the growing, harvesting and processing of chocolate. Hot chocolate will be served and Bijou will offer 10% off all day. The event runs from 10 to 4 at Bijou Fine Chocolate, in Shelburne Green behind Fiddlehead Brewery.
