The 40-piece Middlebury Community Wind Ensemble celebrates the 150th anniversary of the birth of Jean Sibelius with a performance of his best-known composition: Finlandia. In addition we will feature flute virtuoso Catherine Ott in the moving Theme From Schindler's List by John Williams. Also music by Elgar, Tchaikovsky, and a hilarious suite by "P.D.Q. Bach."

Concerts are Sunday, December 6, 3 pm at Holley Hall, Bristol, and Sunday, December 13, 3 pm at Robison Concert Hall, Middlebury College. Concerts are free.
