CVU is hosting the first annual Kevin Riell Memorial Basketball Tournament December 3-5. The CVU girls open the tournament vs. Burlington H.S. at 5:30 on Thursday. The CVU boys play Friday at 7:00 pm vs. Burr and Burton. On Saturday, consolation games will take place at 12:00 (girls) and 2:00 (boys), and championship games will be held at 4:00 (girls) and 6:00 (boys). The other teams participating in the tournament are the Burr and Burton girls, the Mount Abraham girls, the Rutland boys, and the BFA-St. Albans boys. All proceeds from the tournament go to the Kevin Riell scholarship fund.
