The Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on draft zoning regulations on Thursday, December 3, 7 PM in the Willey Building. Copies of the draft zoning regulations and Planning Commission Report are available at the Town Clerk's Office and on the Cabot web site. The Cabot Planning Commission looks forward to public comment and discussion on the draft. This is the first step in the adoption process, to be followed by Select Board review and hearings, prior to a town-wide vote.
