After the sale ends at about 1pm, fetch a youngster (or two; aged 3-8) and come back to the Old Opera House in Plainfield for some old-fashioned family fun 3-4:30 pm. DANCE SING & JUMP AROUND always has live music and age-appropriate instruction in the figures and traditions of New England Contra Dancing. Plus a little snack and FREE ADMISSION. NO ONE is EVER turned away (suggested donation =$5/adult). No kids? Borrow some!
