Thanksgiving Yoga at Old South Church

There WILL be class Wednesday evening at five for those of you who want a breather from the feast cooking. A full hour of restorative practice, deeply calming & restful, so you can really enjoy your time with friends & family gathered round.
This class will require extra props, so if you have a large firm pillow (sofa or thick chair cushions work fine!) or two, please bring it/them along. You may want an extra sweater & your cozy socks as well, the resting poses need extra warmth. I have plenty of blankets to share.
With gratitude, I look forward to seeing you Wednesday for a bit of contentment.
