The harvest is done and Thanksgiving is around the corner.
Come take some time for yourself and indulge in an afternoon full of movement and dance and moments of visualization, reflection and appreciation.

Bring: Comfortable clothes in which you like to move, dance shoes or bare feet, water or tea to drink
